    What’s the difference between standard and deep cleaning?

    A standard cleaning covers the regular upkeep of every room — kitchens, bathrooms, dusting and floors.     Do you offer recurring cleaning?

    Yes — regular standard or deep cleaning visits are the best way to keep a home consistently clean. Tell us the schedule that works for you when you ask for your free quote.

    What if I’m not happy with part of my cleaning?

    Tell us within 24 hours of your cleaning and we’ll come back and re-clean that area free. Just call or text (225) 491-2260 — we’ll make it right.

    Do you clean offices and empty homes?

    Yes — we clean offices and small workplaces, and we offer move-in/move-out cleaning of empty homes for tenants, landlords and realtors.

    Do you bring your own cleaning products and equipment?

    Yes — we bring all the cleaning products and equipment needed for your cleaning, so you don’t have to provide anything. Prefer we use your own products instead? Just mention it in the notes when you send your quote and we’ll happily use yours.

    Do I need to be home? How do you get in?

    No, you don’t need to be home. Many clients are at work while we clean. You can be there to let us in, or share a key, garage code or alarm code — whatever works best for you. We treat your home, keys and alarm codes with care and privacy, and they are never shared. You can add your entry details in the notes when you send your quote.

    How long does a cleaning take?

    It depends on the size of your home and the type of cleaning. As a general guide, a standard cleaning of a smaller home or apartment often takes about 2–3 hours, while larger homes, deep cleanings and move-in/move-out cleanings take longer. When we confirm your booking, we’ll give you a time estimate for your home so you can plan your day.

    Is a deposit required? How do I pay?

    A deposit may be required for deep and move-in/move-out cleanings — Tania, the owner, will confirm the amount with you when you book, before your cleaning day. Regular payment is due the day of service. We accept Venmo, card, cash, or check for offices.
